Art Commission Services
1. Description of Services: nope. LLC offers art commission services whereby clients can request custom artwork based on their specifications.
2. Commission Process: Clients interested in commissioning artwork must follow the process outlined on nope. LLC's website or as communicated by nope. LLC through other channels. This process may include submitting a commission request form, providing detailed specifications, agreeing to a price quote, and signing a commission agreement.
3. Payment Terms: Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fee for the commissioned artwork. Payment terms, including deposit requirements, installment payments, and final payment details, will be outlined in the commission agreement. In most cases, nope. LLC requires full commission payments upfront and will not begin working on a commission project until full funds are transferred to an account owned by nope. LLC.
4. Artwork Ownership and Usage Rights: Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, nope. LLC retains all copyrights to the commissioned artwork. Clients may be granted personal usage rights for the commissioned artwork, as specified in the commission agreement.

LLC will provide details regarding the delivery of the commissioned artwork, including estimated delivery times, shipping methods, and associated costs, as agreed upon with the client. Clients will be responsible for paying for any costs associated with shipping and delivery of their commission.
7. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and detailed specifications for the commissioned artwork. Any changes or additional requests beyond the scope of the original agreement may incur additional charges.
8. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes arising from the commission process or the commissioned artwork, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to mediation or arbitration as outlined in the commission agreement.
9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Acceptance of Terms: By commissioning artwork from nope. LLC clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
